Why can’t I do the same things on the web that I can do in the mobile app?

You can still access your account on the web and track and untrack artists. Other features are available on our mobile app. Bandsintown began as a mobile app and we want you to experience our product as fully as possible which is why we highly suggest using our mobile app. If you are having any trouble with your web account and do not use the mobile app please email us at support@bandsintown.com and we can help update your account information.
