How do I schedule events to be announced at a later date or time?

1. Login to Bandsintown Manager.
2. Select your artist.
2. Click on the Add New Event button and fill in the venue, location, date, and time as well as any other information you wish to include. 
3. On the web click on the downward pointing arrow next to "Publish" and select "Schedule for Later". On mobile click the "Schedule for Later" button.





Note: you can also click "Save as Draft" to publish at a later time; drafted events will be available in the "Pending" section of the "Events" tab.

4. Select the date and time you want the event to be published.



Please note: The scheduled date and time must be at least 4 hours from now and 15 minutes before your event takes place. The time you schedule will be considered Eastern Standard Time zone.
