How can I change my location?

To change your location on the mobile app:

On iOS:
1. Tap the Manage page (person icon) at the bottom right
2. Tap on the Settings button (gear icon) at the top right
3. Scroll to Change Location
4. Type in location

OR

1. Go to the Events tab (ticket icon) on the bottom left
2. Tap the location at the top
3. Tap Add a New Location



On Android:
1. Tap the Manage page (person icon) at the bottom right
2. Tap on the Settings button (gear icon) at the top right
3. Choose Location
4. Type in location

OR

1. Go to Cloud
2. Tap the three dots on the top right corner
3. Choose Change Location

*Please note there is no way to change your location on the web at this time. If you need to change your web location or if you are receiving notifications for the wrong location please reach out to us at support@bandsintown.com
